Ruf Restobar at the Ferra Hotel, Sitio Bulabog is a great pick when one already gets tired of the crowded restaurants at the beach front and D’Mall in Boracay. This new roof deck restobar is already making some noise online and even climbing on the top of the list of restaurants to try in Boracay because of their mouth-watering dishes and their tonic cocktail drinks.
Isn’t it obvious that I got too excited that I forgot to take my own pictures of the restobar? Haha. That or just can’t find them on my phone. Tsk!
The mushroom toast alone was good as a starter. It wasn’t so heavy and just enough to fill the tummy as you wait for the main course. The Vietnamese Buffalo Wings, however, shouldn’t only pass as a starter. For me, it was the star of the show. It was my starter, my main course, and my dessert. Enough said.
The mains got us into a food coma. I couldn’t breathe after because of fullness and contentment. The chicken and the meat, even the skewers were all tender and easy to slice and chew. All the dishes are paired with luscious sauces. They were all so juicy and flavorful. I am drooling right now looking at the pictures!
The Ruf Restobar houses delectable dishes in affordable prices. It is a great escape from the busy White Beach Restobars, but with the guarantee of a satisfying dining experience. Their alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are also refreshing and perfect for a laidback night out. Dining and hanging out at the Ruf was a great way to cap off our summer in September in Boracay.
